Nura (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website getnurapower.com and the Nura application (collectively, the “Service”). Utility Data: With your authorization, we access your electricity usage data from your utility provider (e.g., PG&E) through secure data-sharing protocols such as the Green Button API or similar authorized connections. This includes historical and ongoing electricity consumption data, rate plan information, and billing details.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, device type, browser type, IP address, and timestamps.

Communications: If you contact us or respond to surveys, we may collect the content of those communications.
